The joy and excitement of four unmarried men - Nikhil (Sumeet Vyas), Subbu (Naveen Kasturia), Kavi (Amol Parashar) and Sanki (Ashish Verma) know no bounds when they manage to rent a 4-bedroom flat at a surprisingly low rate in Mumbai. However, they were unaware that they would be living alongside a ghost in their wonderful new accommodation. Things take a turn for the worse when the attractive Mausam (Swara Bhasker) arrives for their housewarming celebration, triggering a series of comedic and horrifying events.
