Following a fatal accident, volunteer teacher Torfun's heart is transplanted into Tian. Tian gains insights into Torfun's life, her secrets, hobbies, and particularly her vow to count a thousand stars with the chief forest officer, Phupha, via her diary entries. Now as the new volunteer instructor, Tian makes attempts to establish a relationship with Phupha. However, Phupha initially responds coldly. As they gradually form a bond, Tian’s heart flutters whenever he's around the uniformed officer, and he begins to develop feelings for him, much like his heart's former owner did. As they tread on risky ground, can the two fulfill their mutual promise of counting a thousand stars?
