Hüsnü and Müjgan, who are very much in love and live on the outskirts of Istanbul, are about to get married. But things change when Müjgan's boss's son sees her and offers to marry her, by proposing to Müjgan's mother. Her mother, preferring the idea of her daughter marrying a wealthy man, wishes for Müjgan to get married to him instead.
