A space probe from Venus transports microbes back to Earth, which a scientist employs in his aging research. Unfortunately, he passes away before completion. His assistant then offers the experimental serum to an aging actress who has been overlooked for significant roles. She administers the serum with the hopes of rejuvenating her appearance. Disappointingly, she continues to be neglected for prime roles and in a twist of fate, the alien bacterium in the serum changes her into a grotesque insect-like creature, causing a foreseeable decrease in her critic population.
